[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — cheating with me regarding my scooty loan | |||||
Sir/madam I have purchase a bike which was i got finance from home credit of rs 38759 with interest of 10% after adding such interest the loan amount become 42634 and it was divided in 11 installment of 3876 now they are charging 12 installment. When call to customer care then they told me your rate of interest is 20%pa even when i purchased my bike then also giving advertisement get anything @10. Pa my loan no is [protected]. My producut price was 56760 I made down payment 22000 Reaming was 34760 File they tell me rs 3000 but they charge 3999 They told me file charges will be taken in emi but they deduct file charge from my emi Now they charging 12 installment sir what i do plz contact me [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
