Dear sir, Reg mobile:[protected] My name is b. Rakesh kumar, As per the loan contract signed, loan no.[protected] amount of rupees 152000, on agreement signed dated[protected], the committed time for amount credit to my given a/c was 3 working days from your executive, and got a message to my registered mobile no. From your home credit was 1working day. But still date[protected] it not credited in my allahabad bank a/c no.[protected], ifsc code:alla0212226, micr:[protected]. And from your end i got my first monthly emi due date on[protected]. So, i am disappointed with the service provided from you people. After several calls & mails to your customercare, it was delayed twice. At first you asked me send a scan copy of my bank passbook and asked me to wait for 48 working hours and second (Today) your executive told about tecnical issue with bank's changing of ifsc and micr codes, which i find it as a foul reason, where in online, nothing is changed with my bank ifsc or micr. Now, again third time delayed to monday. So, supposed timed to credit of loan is[protected], as per three working days (Three holidays in between), but till date[protected] it not credited. And now its delayed to monday[protected]. So, i request you to pls credit the said amount asap, so that i can focus on my delayed work. Was this information helpful? | |||

Home Credit India Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
