[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — extra amount of installment deducted from account | |||
Contract no-[protected], Name - narvada prasad, 1st installment amount-1045-deducted on 07/11/2017- Query: i have paid all 6 installment in cash and 6th installment was paid on 06.04.2018 An extra installment is deducted from my sbi bank a/c on 07/04/2018. Even after paying timely installment in cash, my bank a/c was used for ecs mandate and three ecs mandate failure charges of rs. 295/- deducted on 14.03.2018, 18.03.2018 and 12.04.2018 respectively. Kindly refund my installment (Rs. 1045/-) and extra charges (885/) deducted from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
