My name is sayed sahid anwar. I have taken mobile two mobile loans on a difference of three months as there terms and conditions. I payed every installment on time but home credit charged me rs.295 six times, i. E, rs.1770 (Total) and deducted from my account for the months of april (Two times), may (Two times), july (1time) & august (1time). I want my money as soon as possible as i have done every payment on time without any delay.. Verified Support Sep 08, 2019 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Home Credit. In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that mentioned charges are levied by your bank as your ECS was returned unclaimed in the month of February, March, Apri, l May, July and Aug (2019) for both contract due to Insufficient balance as confirmed by your bank. Any standing instruction being dishonored would attract the ECS return charges and same would be charged by your bank. Hence, we request you to contact your respective bank for more clarification in this regards and ensure sufficient balance in your account and timely payment for all your subsequent EMI. We recommend you to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account 6 days prior to your EMI due date in order to avoid any last minute hassle.
