[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — fraud by company or employee

Hi, I went to a shop to purchase TV and there was a home credit representative which approached me to buy the tv on emi. Since it was a small 24inch tv for my restaurant of amount 15, 800, i refused and said i will buy normally, but then he insisted to plz go for emi since he has to meet monthly target. He told me that the amount will be divided by 12 and 4parts will be paid as down payment and 8parts as emi. This was d exact statement. I accepted his request. Also paid[protected]x4). For the rest 8 months, i kept on timely paying 1320rs.

A real shock came to me after 8months when i got a call from home credit saying i have not paid my emi. On asking, i was told that my loan was on flat 17% interest and i need to pay 4 more emi. I was shocked. Flat 17% is way to much. When i asked more, they mailed me a document sayin you only accept out terms and conditions. When i saw the document, it was not my signature. It was a forged sign tried to copy from my pan card photo. It wasnt me. I raised a complaint on home credit (ticket no[protected] to resolve the issue but no solution provided till date. This case is pending since 2015.

I posses two credit cards which combined limit of 3.5Lakhs. I hav an impeccable record of cbil but no due ever ever. But home credit has destroyed by cbil. If i had purchased on my credit card, then also i would hav taken on 14% reducing emi. I file an ITR of 6lacks then why will i buy a 15, 000 tv on an interest of 17% flat.

My contract no with home credit is [protected]. And i cud b reached on [protected], [protected]. If anyone can listen to this complaint then i will b highly obliged.
