[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — fraud by home credit in personal loan | |||
Home credit concern departmemt You had provided me a personal loan offer of 117000 after completiton of my mobile loan for which credit loan no is [protected] i had completed all the documentation on 25sept 2017 and i had recieved conformation msgs from your side that i will be getting amount within 4 to 5 working days after a week i had called to your worst coustomer care they said your documents are not verified you have to send it again 1) who is resposible to inform me you team did not coordinated 2) whenever i tried to contact they cannot provide me a solution After 15 days i requested your coustomer care to cancel my loan they first said they cannot process it you have to talk to our senior but after a long holding period senior never comes on phone neither no one is bother to call back so the situation is this from your end my documents are not verified and i also had requested for loan cancellation Now the next part The emi part your collection team is continiously calling to submit emi i havent recieved the amount how could you ask for payments and on my ecs date first emi get bounced "home credit loan no[protected] ke liye ecs bounce ho chuka hai. Aj hi rs4369.00 late fee 300rs ke sath jama karaye. Pay ke liye www.homecredit.co.in/pay[protected]" read message i know on next date you guys will do the same thing. I just wanting to inform you i am maintaning all the proofs and recording from your coustomer care and your collection team and preparing to file civil suite and take legal actions i am already in touch with police and lawyers just wanting to case become more worse if you are not taking any responible action you will definately remember my case in future So be professional and show some proffessionalism and if you are willing to then solve the issue otherwise leave it.
