[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — harassed by home credit finance | |||||
I have recently taken a new mobile number and i am getting continuous calls. They are trying to reach someone called madhu, madhav and continuously harassing us by calling every now and then. I have told them many a times that i have bought this new number for me in the month of feb'18 and i do not know that person. Still they keep calling and everytime they promise that they will update their records but nothing happens. They want to know every detail of mine that who am i and what's my address but when i asked for the details of their representative like name and employee id, he simply denied. I asked for the supervisor and they refused to transfer my call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
