[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Harassment through unlimited calls... | |||||
I m writing this review with great disappointment caused from home credit company. My brother rajesh yadav resident of shadi pur new delhi purchased samsung mobile and got financed from tha company. At the time of purchasing mobile phone he provided his number and my mobile number as alternate number. after sometime the primary number of my brother was changed and the company executives started calling on my number. I told my brother to update his number so that i should not get any call. he did that. but even after that whenever there is a delay in depositing the money the executives keeps on calling me in every 5 minutes from different numbers. i am working in a school and its really embarrassing that in every 5 minutes i m getting calls and moreover the executives are so irritating that they never listen what we have to say they just keep on asking questions kept in front of them. not even this number of times i updated my brothers numbers to them still the scenario is same. even at the time of resting at home i continuously calls which caused serious health problems to me. even i could not put my phone on silent as i have to attend official calls even after my office hours. This month was the last month of the instalment and again i got a call and i told those people to collect money from home. my sister-in-law paid half of the amount to the executive and told him to come again to collect balance amount. no one turned up on wednesday (22nd june 16) and again i started getting calls.in between the balance amount was paid and still i m getting calls so i asked them why you are calling now then the executive said that the fine amount is still pending and now my frustration is on the top level as i am not concerned with this loan directly and the kind of harassment i faced i may file a case against company.
