[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — hdfc ergo health insurance | |||
This is abhisek nayak. Card :* 4375 Hdfc support executive told me about hdfc ergo health insurance policy that i can avail for 2 years. So i will have to pay some amount each month as a premium and at the end of it if i don't renew again same amount of points will be credited which i can use to do shopping. I have paid for 22 months and now wanted to get clarification from customer care (How i will be getting that benefit and how to avail it). They are not responding or avoiding after hearing me out. Now i am not able to connect to them, call getting disconnected every time. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Wrongly I mentioned home credit finance . I wanted to raise a complain with hdfc credit card service . Sorry for the mistake happened . I am resolving this ticket and going to create a new one with hdfc bank if possible Home Credit India Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
