My loan no is [protected] i have paid my installment through ecs on 24 apr 2021 but i an ecs bounce change has been lieved on me and company executives are irritating me on phone that we didnot received any amount from you i have shared the transection id and all with them but they say that i have to pay the late payment charges and intallment again and a i get a text today "ATTENTION!
