[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — misleading the customer, misinterpretation of information regarding loan, | |||||
The sales executive misleads me regarding my loan, and my installments. They didn’t provided me any of the document regarding my loan summary or anything. The executive made a commitment that you have to pay 11 installments, when i made all emi successfully afterwards they said you have to pay one more.. Because it was an offer for you, that has been cancelled because of your late payments. When i filed a complaint regarding this issue by calling them on their tollfree no, no one helped me with the proper information. Each executive will tell you a different story.. After struggling alot finally a senior called me and claims that he will waveoff the last installment if i show him my bank statement via e-mail, so i did that and unfortunately he didn’t receive that e-mail (Senior told me this) and he ended up with my case, after one month they start harassing you, and some of the executives misbehaves alot. When i called the tollfree no they start lying to me that i haven’t called the tollfree no, this call is connected to collection department. And i never get assisted properly, every person over there claims to be a supervisor but can’t pull up any information regarding any of their executives. Was this information helpful? | |||||
