Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Zameer Khalid Contract no. [protected] Mobile no. [protected] Email- [protected]@gmail.com I have paid my final EMI amount of Home Credit on 07/10/2020 So they said you will get NDC in 10 days from the last payment date but now today on 17/10/2020 they are saying when I complaint about it in customer care they are saying we have taken your request for NDC and you will get it in next 10 days But I required NDC in urgent for some bank work Was this information helpful? | |

In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that we have sent NDC letter at your registered email address on 18-OCT-2020. If you are unable to find the NDC (No Due Certificate) in your Inbox, please check your spam and junk folders. Additionally, we would like to inform you that, the NDC (No Due Certificate) you would receive on email will be password protected. Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
