[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Not issued a noc letter | |||||

[protected] Dear customer care, Home credit india finance customer care Home credit india finance pvt ltd. 3rd floor, tower c, dlf infinity towers, dlf cyber city, phase- ii Gurgaon Gurgaon district Haryana India - 122002 I have already paid the my sanctioned loan amount of 23999 in eight emi's. But i still not received my noc and instead of that i am getting a calls to pay another installment. At the time of loan approval, home credit agent who has approved my clearly told me that i need to pay only processing fee of 999 as its a scheme which is free of any rate of interest and any charges. And when he handed me the sanctioned letter he clearly marked it that i have to pay only sanctioned loan amount in eight emi's. Who has approved my loan his name is mukesh and i am harrased by illiterate tele callers of home credit. Telecallers of home credit has zero courtesy, no basic etiquettes and manners to talk with their customers. I have talked to salesperson regarding this issue from where i purchased the laptop (Sargam electronics), they said they are getting a lot of same consumer complaints regarding homecredit policies and would not recommend to anyone further and i personally would not recommend to anyone just because of very bad experiences with homecredit. At the time of loan approval i found homecredit very genuine company but policies which home credit agent inform to customers are very different from homecredit hidden policies. Telecallers are just to harass not to resolve any concerns. After telling my issue to customer care they told me that our senior representative will call you in 48 hrs but i never got any calls regarding my concern which i raised and sheetal told me that i dont have to worry about my 9th emi it will be waive off. If i will not get noc by today then i will may take strignent action towards homecredit india in consumer court. But with very little hope i write this mail to homecredit customer care.
