[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — not providing noc of my fzs bike

I (Amit jha s/o bhal chander jha) have requested for noc for my yamaha fz, my mobile number is [protected] but after many reminder/ request, i have not received noc not even any response from home credit. Almost 1 month passed still they telling "your application is under processed". Help me

We wish to inform you that your RC details are already updated in our records. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for NOC letter as your other active loan contract [protected] is currently having delinquency of Rs.2, 999/-.

Hence, we request you to clear your outstanding dues at the earliest so that we can process you request for NOC for the contract ID [protected], general processing time for the same is 10 working days.

But I have already completed my all emi of my bike FZ. I was not aware of hypothecation so when you have sent me NOC of bike in 2015 I did nothing nor terminate hypothecation, now I am salling my Bike and RTO officer asking for original, latest NOC latter. Please help me please send NOC latter with latest date
