Dear sir/madam, This is abhijeet d vishwakarma, I have a personal loan from home credit of amount 55, 000/- Contract no-[protected] Customer id-490238 Registered mobile no-[protected] Registered email id-vish. [protected]@gmail.com D. O. B-19 feb 1993 Before receiving loan from home credit your executive told me that After 6 month you can foreclose you loan without any interest charges, I've paid total 13 installments, Now i want to foreclose my loan but customer service executives are asking me for 35, 000 of amount to close this, Here they are asking me for excess amount, Which is totally unacceptable, As per communication done with your executive before receiving loan you should provide me the foreclosure amount without any interest, Kindly justify it & provide me the correct & exact amount without any interest to close it, Otherwise i'll not pay the emi from next month, I'm following up with customers care team since last 3 months, But no response received, Marked mail on [protected]@homecredit.co.in several times, But no response received...
