[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Reason for loan rejection | |||
Dear sir/ madam Hi, my name is hemanandan. I have already purchased a vivo y55ls on oct. 2016 by home credit. My costumer id is [protected]. I have paid emi time to time every month. Not delay for any payment. According to your company plan, the costumer will purchase the another product on same id after 90 days from the date of issue the first product. According to company rules. After successful completion of the first loan without any missed emi (I. E.,) 6 emi's from nov 2016 - april 2017... I went mobile shop on may 14 2017, to buy another mobile. The company was rejected my request and the shopkeeper was not gave me the proper reason. Why are rejected my request? Then i call your costumer care no. Nearly 50 times they said me that the rejection information are not available there. I am not satisfied for this. I sended mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in, sended 45 emails but no response. Please solve this matter and say me the proper reason of rejected my request by company.
