I Had a loan with Home credit India and I had paid all the the remaining amount with over due 2 years ago but my cibil report is showing write off I had paid all the amount the Home credit company is not showing any interest to remove the write off content from my cibil report plz resolve my write off account from my cibil account My loan account no

Thank you for contacting us.

We have referred to your account and we would like to inform you that since the loan was originally Written Off which means that loan was not paid till 360 days and it cannot be erased.

Thus, we cannot change the status from Written Off to Closed/Standard.
