[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — You don't have manners to talk to somebody | |||
Hello, I would like to take your kind attention towards your csr or customer executives, however i have experience of 8 years in bpo industry as well as in corporate line, i have never heard this much of nonsense on call to the customer and for the customer either. Its a very shameless thing for your company that you didn't teach your employees that how to talk and what to talk as well. I swear if they would be in front of me surely they would have had a punch or a slap on their faces. [censored] upon me that i chose home credit, i have taken a wrong decision, in 2015 i have taken loan from bajaj finance, they have done that what your employees did to me. I am suggesting you something, no matter what you do how you do for me but at least you please teach your employees how to talk to somebody, they are so illiterate and uneducated. I could have made a complaint in court for your company but i didn't do that because its not your company's mistake some of your employees are ruining the repo of home credit. I remember the name of some of your employees who doesn't have manners that how to talk to anybody, even i am wondering how did you hire them without any interview or did you hire them without asking their education qualification, way of talking, behavior and short temperness, they don't have willingness to help, fumbles and no repo building on call, they be so rude from first word to last... Their names are followed: 1. Arwind (I got a call he said "sir apko pata hona chaiye na ki apne pese dene he to karaye kyun nhi) 2. Geeta (She was little good on call but when she transferred the call to the supervisor, that became a nightmare for me, he was so rude and arrogant. 3.
