Home Credit — reg: physical and mental harrassment

Hi,

My mother in law took a loan which was a pre-approved loan. At first they kept on calling and pushing the customer to take the loan.
Now she is a single mother and sell clothes in the hawkers market. she is not earning that good and financially she is very low at this moment.

Every month HOME CREDIT people put the direct debit of 8900 inr on any date and as date was decided and on the loan papers it is 26th of every month.

Now due to direct debit, every month she is paying about 1500 to 2000 extra. It has been informed to them to put the direct debit on the date as told to us.

Now from last 2 months she is into a financial crisis. she didn't paid the emi for the last month. Now these people are using profane language over the phone and harassing her that if she will not pay then, she will suffer mentally and physically. Also she said to home credit people that she will pay once she has the money, she asked for time.

They refused and kept on calling 100 times in a day. She is really depressed and as she went into trauma last year due to mental pressure, she says she will not stay longer(Means " DIE") as these people are harassing them everyday.

NOTE: Any such thing happens to her then I will not leave Home credit and will make them penalized for this.

Also this is not the way. it is a unsecured loan and bank is responsible if customer gives back or not on time.They can't force customer to commit suicide, if they cant pay on time.

My humble request is to kindly speak with home credit and inform them not to harass the customer in such a way that she has to think of ending her life.
she has a small kid and she is single mother.
