[Resolved] Home Credit — regarding non receipt of claim amount in respect of Ref. No.[protected]

I had got my motorcycle financed from Home credit. through ICICI Lombard. My two wheeler got lost and I had put my claim. Since ICICI Lombard had cleared the claim and the cheque bearfing No.117664 dated 15.5.2015 for Rs.59860.00 was delivered to Home Credit Pvt. Ltd. on 6.6.2015 personally and was told that your claim amount will be credited in my account very shortly. .But in spite of many requests made on phone I have not received the claim amount. I am very much disgusted about the promises made by your call centre emploees telling that your claim will be cleared within 4-5 days. Now they are giving proper reply when I will get the claim amount. I am very poor fellow. So I request you to kindly take urgent action to clear my claim amount. Pohap Singh Mob. [protected]
