I HAD ORDERED A LAUNDRY HANGER, AND THE SAME IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN MUMBAI, WHICH CAN MAXIMUM TAKE 2 DAYS FROM STAR CJ`S ANDHERI BRANCH TO SANTACRUZ WEST IN MUMBAI. THOUGH THE DISPATCH AND DELIVERY POINTS ARE VERY NEARBY, IT HAS BENN MORE THAN 20 DAYS THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED. I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT IN FULL BY CREDIT CARD. ALSO, I HAVE SEND MANY EMAILS TO [protected]@customercare.starcjmall.com, and [protected]@starcj.com, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO TEAM LEADER SUBHASH BUT HE IS NOT FIT FOR HIS POSITION AND WAS NOT HELPFUL. I WANT THE PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED AT MY MUMBAI ADDRESS AND THEY SHOULD REFUND ME THE AMOUNT I HAVE SPEND ON CALLING AND EMAILING THE. KINDLY TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION. I MADE NET BANKING PAYMENT TO THEM AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM MY BANK
THAT TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL.
I INFORMED STARCJ ON 4/3/2011 THAT PAYMENT IS MADE, BUT THAT SAID NO PAYMENT RECEIVED.

I TRANSFERRED Rs 9690/= TRO NET BANKING. AFTER 2 DAYS THEY SAID WE HAVE CHANGED OUR CITI BANK A/C NO, AND SEND NEW PAYMENT AT NEW A/C, OLD PAYMENT REVERTED.
I AN VERY SORRY TO SAY WITH THEIR THIS ATTITUDE THEY WILL LOOSE PUBLIC COFIDENCE.
