Res. Sir,
I am R. Karthikeyan, i have a credit card from icici bank and without my knowledge the said credit card company opened a health insurance policy of icici Lombard and deducted monthly rs.688/- from my credit card account. I don't want to avail this policy. The policy no. Is 4065/SM/[protected]/00/000, 18 months completely, already many times told our bank side ( this policy start date to till date cancellation raised ) no response and no cancellation, last before one month regarding chatting with your mail id your executive told policy is cancelled but my amount is not refundable, so i am middle class family so i need your help & my total amount refundable sir i humble request
Sir, this is a cheating. Please help me in cancelling this policy and return the total amount and 18 month paid amount deducted amount.
