It is regarding original laptop adopter of Acer which I purchased from Home Shop 18.
It was in warranty period and stopped working.Upon contacting Home Shop 18. I got response that I should visit Service Center of Acer.Which upon visit declaired that, It was not original adopter.
When I raised this concern with Home Shop 18 they lingered the issue for almost 20 days. I sent Mail and made several call but only response received was that "issued would be resolved in 24 hour" which never came.
I am tired of calling again and again the Customer Care thus I have not left with any option So I request you to Look into the issues It would be very beneficial for other customers as well, if take this complain further.
