Hello,

This is to bring to your information that i had ordered the product of designer kurthi combo order no[protected]
on 6th June 2014 and it was assured that the order will be delivered in 4 working days and now till date the product
is not delivered and customer care people will jus say the order will reach this day and give fake commitment
if this is the response how do customer believe in online portal after making a payment.
kindly resolve my issue immediately and revert back if not will go for cancellation.

    I ordered 3 nighties under order[protected] green and 1 blue on June 2. Received 2 red and 1 black nighty on june 4. i have immediately sent them email asking to refund and get items picked up under tocket[protected] and they said items will be picked up and refund processed. June 12 no pick up no response what so ever. Again i raise new ticket[protected] this time i am asked to provide airway bill for item not picked up. They close the tickets immediately so that i can send follow up message to them. Today is june 15 th and still no refund no pick up.i am atatching pic sent to them how misrepresented and wrong items i ahve receiieved. I want full refund for these three junk nighties asap.

        Dear sir, As per our communication you told me to visit spice service center and i visited and submit my phone Next day they made a call and said your phone is repaired plz come an collected i was out of state so i collected my phone on 14th they didn't checked the phone and give me i also requested them to plz check the phone and give me So i took my phone and arrived at home i saw that my phone is fully dead and the phone doesn't charge it has become a baby toy the phone doesn't start plz give me a refund back i purchased phone from homeshop18 so that it gives us home delivery and i do not need to go any where NOTE :- In mira road spice service center customer arriving from for repair they even had purchased phone from homeshop18 daily 50-60 customer arrive there is the fight for phone

            homeshop18.com - Delivered Wrong Product I have ordered a "Expressions Polycotton Double Bed Cover Set" via online shopping from homeshop18.com. Order no :[protected]Sub Order:[protected] placed on date[protected]. Bed sheet got delivered on 27-May, But I have received bed sheet of different colour and pattern. (Totally different in pattern & color). After that I have called them requesting to arrange reverse pickup via COMPLAINT NO :[protected] on 27-May. I have been told that I would receive a callback in 2 days, Which didn't happened till now. As I didn't receive any response/callback, I called them back several times but their response was quite ignorant, Till two weeks they were telling that they have placed the request of pick-up and it is pending with the logistic team. Till two weeks I was assured by the representative from Customer Service that they will arrange the pick-back asap. After almost 20 days, they have just refused to pick-up the order back from the shipping address. As per them they don't have the pick-up service to shipping address (GURGAON). This was quite awkward to know that their logistic department can deliver the product to particular shipping address But refuse to Pick back from the same address. And the representative of Customer Care on the other end only gives me one answer that "your complaint has been raised and some one from the complaints team will call you in 24 hours" which has not happened till date. They are asking me to make them courier of the same order with my own expenses. After experiencing such a poor service how could I sent back them the incorrect order that too on my own expenses. I am attaching screenshots of the kind of bedsheet ordered and received. Please look into this. Regards, Ashish Gupta

                We are facing many problems. Due to last time we have purchased motorla electrify MB853 in your online shopping via order no[protected]. But defected pcs recd.

                mobile recd. On 09.06.2014.but not working and delivery time 100% case taken by courier person.same time we have complaint to Motorola helpline no. But not getting any positive reply. And then we have complaint registered to home shop 18 via sub order no[protected]. and same time we have return to party for replacement ( as per guidelines given by home shop 18 costumer care). Which courier already received by supplier. but till date we have received new mobile and counties follow up with help line no. so we are requested to you. pls arrange to replace our hand set and return immediate. and confirm.

                  The recent business punch line of HomeShop18 is "SHOPPING MAKES ME HAPPY" which is really great. but the question comes in mind "Are they really taking care about the customer satisfaction". If so then why I am struggling since last month with the order:[protected]Designer Pearls by Sempre of London) dated on 28th May which was worst quality with defective(two stones missing) one and hence I requested them for reverse pickup. I have received an email from them about the reverse pickup confirmation on 5th Jun. After that customer care is simply avoiding me and telling that within 48hrs someone will call from bludedart and will pickup the product. I hv called them several times but still I hv not received any call from bluedart or Homeshop18 guys. I have registered complaints on the same repeatedly but no action has been taken. Complaints numbers are:[protected],[protected]. My question it may take sometime but why they are promising that within 48hrs it'll be resolved. I think 10days is enough for arranging a reverse pickup. I don't have any option to contact with Homeshop18. I would request to Homeshop18 to process it fast and i dont want replacement I want refund.

                    Greetings, I ordered 10Pc apple shape Crystal set from Homeshop19 and got delivered within few days but when I opened the box found scratches on all the utensils and some of them had dents as well. I asked for complaint number within half an hour of delivery but I received that number next day. Now its been 15 days that I have received the product and 14 days that I have filled the complaint. But have not got any response from the company. I am really very upset with the services of your organization as me and my family are the regular customers of Homeshop18. Its really very upsetting to have such a response to a regular customer, in fact I would say its a bad way to deal with new customer as well.                       I jitendra sharma from deoghar 814112 jharkhand odered bsnl penta calling tab on 01.06.2014 and received it on 10.06.2014 . After opening it i found that it is not a calling tab and not even supporting dongle . I have alredy complained on the number [protected] and it was said that your complaint has been registered and i will get the reply soon but yet no reply has been received i want you to please replace it with a calling tab .

                          It was in warranty period and stopped working.Upon contacting Home Shop 18. I got response that I should visit Service Center of Acer.Which upon visit declaired that, It was not original adopter.

                          I had ordered mobile phone on HomeShop18 order number =[protected] on 13 Oct 2014. It was delivered on 17th Oct 2014 but promised gift coupons were not sent.

                          I have called hone shop18 many times - they have been telling they will send it but not sending.

                          Complaint number =[protected] was registered on 17 Oct 2014 with homeshop18
                          Complaint number =[protected] was registered on 20 Oct 2014 with homeshop18

                          I guess they are cheating many people by not sending Gift Coupons. Or they may send after many days after all Diwali offers are over. If I had coupons now I would have planned to purchase something using coupons as many offers are going on now.

                            On opening we found the quality of containers to be very poor and top cover edges are very sharp which can cause cut on hand while tightening or opening.

There is a black lining on the front side of the saree. I have been told to pack give to our representative. Order Dt 24th April, 2014 Delivery of the product 28th April complain on the same day .                                   I wanted to purchase intex tent for kids on 17-may-14, after making the payment i could not get the receipt or order details from homeshop, when i contacted the customer care they informed that the payment has failed kindly re-pay.But the payment was successful and homeshop18 has created 2 orders[protected] &[protected] for the same item i have immediately asked them to cancel one[protected] and arrange to refund the payment. But till date 13-jun-14 the refund is not done stating that the item has been couriered and are waiting for return of material.

                                    Vide sub order id No.77324529 dated 27.4.2014, I had placed order for Strontium 4GB MicroSD Memory card (Class 4) at Homeshop18.com and received a MicroSDHC card. Then I had requested for replacement of the same. The replacement of the same was taken vide sub order id No.78489097. But I have received the wrong product MicroSDHC card again. Then I had lodged a ticket bearing No.[protected]. But strangely the ticket was closed with a request to send the product of the image. As requested I had attached the image of the product. But, I have not received any response from Homeshop18 after lapse of more than twenty days. Then I had submitted a reminder. But still there is no response from them. It seems from the activities that the required product is not available with them. Since it is getting delayed, I request you to return the product and refund the amount at the earliest.

                                      my name is dinesh k desai Mob No:[protected], [protected] Address: plot no -125, chittvan, Galagymkhana road Bopal - ahmedabad. i have place order for Rs 2500 dress on 20/05/14 . but i have got another dress (different colour) so i have request to replace it And your courier boy (vijay) take that dress on 30/05/2014 and told me replaced dress will come in 2 or 3 days. but i did not get it yet. i have already paid for dress on Cash on delelivery before replaced order So i already lost my dress and Rs.2500. i have called so many times in customer care but they saying you will get dress soon. i am not satitfied with your services. kindly give my cash money back or give me my ordered dress. i have paid receipt from you guys. if you are not solving my problem i will take ligal action . please reply as soon as possible.
