Homelane — After cancelling the project with homelane they are delaying the refund as per their own policy

I have cancelled the project with homeland in the month of May.
One designer named Sudeshna also sent me a mssg via whatsapp group that the refund have been approved on 30.05.2022 and i will get the money by 10th of June 2022
But till today that i have not received my money and they are not responsing to my repeated messages.
