Homelane — Homelane not refunding booking amount

We paid the booking amount of RS 25000 for woodwork, but later we learned that the quality of the homelane is terrible. Due to that, we want to take our booking amount back.

Now, the home lane team is saying they cannot refund the money and they cannot cancel the order. The only option they suggest is to pay another 1 lakh 25 thousand to get the woodwork worth 1.5 lakhs. This is sheeting and looting.
