We booked the services through a free rough design discussion and rough quotation for our 2BHK flat, through Communication with one of their employee named Mr. Lakshay, we were forced to pay the booking amount of 31200Rs at that day itself as we were told that prices will fluctuate and if we delay it will get increased.
The quotation which was shared to us was of 6.22L and we were told that it might come down or go up by 25K based on design but when we started the design discussion the new quotation was raised to 9.5L, when we checked with them, we were told that its because of the modification in design and products. Which is not the case. Also the person Lakshay is not working with them, who made commitments with us on behalf of homelane, who assured us that all the design and products are taken care and we have given you the final quotation.
We gave our hard earned money to them, but we cannot spend money in vain. Now the company is not ready to refund the amount.
We even requested them saying, we will buy something from Homelane Store like Hob, chimney etc within the said amount.
But they answered me that you must have to do interior work of 4 lakh or your money will be forfeited.
