I booked interiors work with HomeLane on December 19, 2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 50, 000
I had a few design sessions and was not happy with their services. I had to do follow-ups constantly for any work/query. They would reply after months. In the end, I got fed up with their inefficiencies and asked for a refund. Mind you, except for a few design sessions, I had not finalized/ordered for a single piece of wood/metal from them.
They're not giving a refund now. They're pestering and harassing me and are saying that I've to do a minimum billing of 1.5 Lakhs. Was this information helpful? |
