Homelane — Interior advanced paid | |||
Hi, We booked homelane interior package in March and paid 50, 000 as sales person was calling 10 times and asking to pay token amount immediately. Now, we are selling off that property and don't want to have interior work done. When reached out to homelane team to cancel and refund or reimburse with some furniture, I am having very hard time. Every employee is telling different rules and policies and we are not able to proceed and close on this. Please look into this at priority. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please take legal action against homelane. Without legal action they will not do do anything. You can lodge complaints, send legal notice or or even approach consumer court.
