I have ordered Homelane for interior work at my new house for about 5.5 lakh. Unfortunately, I have to leave the home for some personal reason. They have earlier taken an advance of Rs.32, 000/- for the work. I requested them either to refund the money after necessary deduction for their process or provide some article at approximately advance paid, even a little more. But they answered me that you must have to do interior work of 1.5 lakh or your money will be forfeited.
