Homelane — no proper handover document - a corrupted zip file shared

HomeLane did my furniture as part of interior work in my new apartment. They shared a corrupted zip file over email as the handover document. On call, they mentioned that this process is new and now they need both party signature to share the handover document. They are deceiving the customers in the name of handover and warranty because they are not sharing any comprehensive official document about the work done by them. The warranty document is also a standard document which does not include the actual warranty of the products installed in my apartment. I do not think that I would be able to hold them responsible for any damages on the basis of the documents shared by them.
