Homelane — Not Refunding Money

I booked interiors work with HomeLane on January 11, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 25 000 I had a few design sessions and was not happy with their services. I had to do follow-ups constantly for any work/query. They would reply after months. In the end, I got fed up with their inefficiencies and asked for a refund. Mind you, except for a few design sessions, I had not finalized/ordered for a single piece of wood/metal from them. They're not giving a refund now. They're pestering and harassing me and are saying that I've to do a minimum billing of 1.5 Lakhs. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (5)

Same thing happened with me, I paid 35K advance a month ago, i just had a call with the designer on the day i paid advance, but I went with another designing company, these people are not returning the advance money, now they asking to remove all the comments from social media, else they will send a demand notice as per them

I booked interior work with homelane on March 2021 with the deposit of 29000, my developer failed to deliver my flat so I discussed the situation with homelane and they saying that we can not make any refund.i never experienced with such fraud company in my life.Fraud company
