I got details of Homelane from the social media ad when looking for furnishing my home.I registered for same and got a call for discussion. On first day itself they started building 3D design and gave an estimate and asked to pay 10% as booking amount to start the work as offer and discount was only for that day. We paid the amount and started the work.
But there price and service were not upto the mark as discussed so we requested to cancel the order and ask for refund.
It is been more than month and after multiple request there is no cancel confirmation and they refund.
