[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — after sales service is very poor.

Courrier persons not delivering the consignment in time and we are receiving massage that address is incorrect and phone is out of reach. But all the comments are false because my house is besides reliance fresh which is a good landmark and my phone is 24*7 on. I have not received any calls as well as received any missed call alert. Kindly check the consignment no:awb[protected] and confirm me why it was not delivered in time. An early reply requested in this matter.
