To process replacement/refund any issues should be reported within 48 hrs from the time of product delivery.After sales service will be provided by the brand directly.
Product delivered on 14th Feb and issue reported on 24th Feb.
However will have a call arranged from the relevant team.

My complaint was resolved. A mechanic from SINGER came and the machine has been serviced. Thank you very much. The Homeshop18.com says the problem must be reported within 48 hrs.after delivery of items. The problem was that the recipient was away from home, Blue dart courier person had delivered the parcel to the neibour.The HOMESHOP 18.COM should provide proper contact Numbers along with the vouchers.Anyway the SINGERINDIA has responded quickly.Very good service by Singerindia.Thanks a lot.
