I have ordered a Puma Stallion Shoes from Home Shop18 of Size 7. But received of size 8. It is now more than a month and I am still calling regularly to get it replaced but non one came for pickup of the product. Every time I am given assurance that someone will come in next 24 hours to 3 working days and a new replacement will be sent with in 7 days. Every time I call I talk to a new customer care representative who commits for next 3 days for pick and assures me that it will definitely happen.

But to my surprise the machine was packed with full of dust .The needle broken.And the machine does not working at all. I am extremely upset over this.     I bought a pair of shoes from HS18 last month(Order no.[protected]. The pair of shoes which i received was not of my size so I called them for replacement. At first place they told me the reverse pick up is not available in my area so I have to send the products back by my self. So I sent them the products via the courier company they use and the person did came for pick up from the courier company. After I have sent the products they asked me to provide airway bill number and the scan copy, Which also I sent to them. The products which I sent back were delivered on 16th February. After that I have been following up with them almost every second day but they hardly put any efforts to resolve the issue. Every time they note a complaint and send me the complaint number and that's the only thing they have been doing for one month. Every time they have only one thing to say we will get back after 48 hours and no one gets back I only have to call again and again. They are even not clarifying that I will get refund or replacement. The only thing they say give us some time. I don't know how much time do they require to resolve a simple issue. I need refund or replacement. That's It. This is the first time I have bought something from homeshop18 and it was my worst experience. This may be the worst service one could get. I have shopped from many online websites and other places but have not faced any such situation before as those people care for their customers.

          I had ordered "Berg Electric Tandoor" on http://www.homeshop18.com, order number: "[protected]" on 28/Jan/2014 for Rs:2999/-. paid through credit card. The website shows that on 31/Jan/2014 the product has been delivered. But I didnot receive the product. On calling up customer care, the representative informed me the product will be delivered soon. I waited for couple of days, called up again, this time representative informed me that product has been delivered on 31/Jan/2014 itself. I logged a complaint and after several days, they sent me the trip sheet of the courier. I was shocked to find that somebody has signed in my name. It is a clear case of forgery. I have requested homeshop18 to take strict action against the courier company. But till date no action has been taken. Looks like I have lost my amount (Rs:2999/-). The ticket numbers are given below: 95548061, 96861915. I hope Homeshop18 is professional enough to refund my money back or send me the product. Regards, Anish

          The complaint is resolved. The customer representative called up after 2-3 days after I raised the complaint in this site. Homeshop18 now agreed that the product has been misplaced by courier and refunded my entire amount of Rs:2999/- on 12/Mar/2014. Thanks.

            Hello I order Slazenger Sports & Formal Shoes Hamper Product Code: 30460160 but order(ref. order no:[protected] i was recived[protected]:00pm) not proper condition. Small number formal shoes and MTVwatch defective.same day I complain about this on ur customer care service they give me conformation problem will be solve on coming 72hours but still[protected]there is no action taken about it.This is my worse experience with homeshop 18 company about its product and service. now i will move to consumer court .

                "Calling X Pad Tablet" delivered to me vide above reference was defective from very beginning. At starting it was not charged properly. Now it is no way connected with the charger and hence swithced off forever.
                During several calls, "we shall call you" is the only response I have got (Complaint No.[protected].
                The problem is still unsolved.
                Now handset is dumped with me.

                  This is regards to the order number #[protected]. I had received a defective product and was told to send it back for a replacement or refund. I sent it back in january and provided all the details required by homeshop to track my courier. However there is no proper response now the team leaders dont speak to me. The guy named arjun from backend who is following up on my complaint does not call even after repeated requests placed at the cust care. Worst ever service received. I have attached the photo proof of the POD.

                    This complain is regarding my order no[protected]Usha Room Heater - Halogen Heater - 3203-H). I ordered 2 pieces in 1st week of JAN-2014. Out of delivered 2 pieces one was absolutely fine, no issues at all and other one was damaged, full of scars and faulty rotor as well. It was no at all functioning and anybody can say it was a used, damaged product sent intentionally to the customer knowing return policy is strict enough to ensure that customer end up either throwing the product or go for repair locally. In the due course of 2 month time, I made at least 50 calls and many complaints to get this sorted out but I never got any response back from HS18 team except their consolation. I was a loyal customer of HS18 for last 4 years and spent lacs of Rs buying products but I am not going to visit them anymore. A great learning with a loss of 3K is better than loosing more in future. They are no trustworthy. Below are some of the complaints I made in Jan and then got tired.                       I ordered cushions set by homeshop18 and its been 10 days now no one came to pick wrong product up for replacement from my place and every time I call then they just ask to wait for more 48 hrs.

                      Customer support is horrible.NO service

                            Order#[protected] Sub Order# 72054491 Service Request# 95778117. Request number post submission of transaction details# 356860 Deeply disappointed with the pathetic service rendered by HS18. I had placed order for Spice Quad Core Android Coolpad - Mi496 on Thursday, February 6, 2014. The website displayed order was not processed as the payment was not received. I checked with my bank and found that the order amount was actually debited. Raised a complaint ticket with them for refund and was requested to send the transaction details. I have already provided the transaction details twice about two weeks back, sent reminders however there is absolutely no response from their end after 11th Feb 2014. The attitude seems disgusting attitude and very unprofessional.

                              Homeshop18 is the No1 fake company when hiring the agents for their company.
                              I have worked for 4 months in Homeshop18 and didn't get any incentive on my sales.
                              They just want a reason to discard you from the company so they haven't have to give you your incentives.
                              Even the incentives got updated on my id still they haven't give it.
                              According to me my incentives is 25, 000 INR for 3 months.
                              I got discarded for my first mistake.

                                Order No:[protected]. Received the delivery on 7th February'14. The product was of such bad quality and finishing that I had to ask for replacement. They told before 10th February the courier person would come for reverse pick up and collect the parcel. No one turned up. On repeated follow ups with Home Shop 18, the courier person came to the residence address during office hours. Due to this I had to give a request to Home shop18 to change the address to my office address for reverse pick up. I even got confirmation call from HomeShop18 confirming the change of address to the new address which was my office address. Two days later courier person again gives me a call stating that he was at my residence address for reverse pick up. On calling up HomeShop18 to know why it happened, they said they had not updated the new address and hence the same was not communicated to the courier person. After hearing this, I raised another complaint asking for complete money back and to send the courier person as soon as possible to the office address and collect the parcel. This complaint was registered on 15th February and money back was promised to be given in 7 days, which means by 22nd the amount should have been credited. Today its 22nd February and on asking the status of money back with Home Shop 18, they said they can't credit the amount unless they get the product delivered back to them and moreover they can't change the address anymore. In addition to this, between 15th and 22nd February the courier person came once again to my residence address even after my second request for change of address. There is absolutely no co-ordination between Home Shop 18 and their courier team(Blue dart in my case). And moreover, their service executives are very rude and do not know the policies properly. Customer care people are disconnecting the calls. I added tickets also still no response. more than12 days over.                                       Vishal Mathur asked for scan copy of coupons again which I have sent immediatly and sending reminders to him daily basis but he is not bothered to even acknowledge the message?
