[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Complaint regarding Ezyhome Chopper-Order no[protected]

Hi, I am a 75 years old retd naval officer. My complaint is regarding a chopper ECH 852 (ezyhome) Rs 1299 that I had ordered on 5th Feb 2014. The order no. was[protected]. After using the chopper for few times I discovered some problem in the month of April. I called up customer care of HS18 and asked for the solution. They gave me many contact numbers and to my surprise none of those numbers were working. Finally I managed to find the service center of ezyhome. B-44, sec 64 Noida was the center where I took this chopper on 23rd June 2014 . They kept it with them saying we will repair and give you a call within a week's time. After not receiving a call form them for more than a week I called up many times and every time I was told a different story. Finally one day I was told that they had sent it to some centre in sector 10 noida and gave me the number of that centre. I called up there as well and they told me that they don't have the spare part and are not sure if they will be able to repair it . My complaint was for the chopper alone initially, but now after this when I called up HS18 customer care and asked for a resolution every time I was told that query will be resolved in 24 hours. They told we will arrange a call back. BUT THERE WAS NO CALL BACK. HS18 is only quick in placing orders and not resolving their complaints. I told to the customer care agent that I request for a REFUND and I dont't want the product back. I seriously feel that I should forward my complaint to consumer court and tell them the harassment I have faced after buying this product from HS18. please escalate this matter ASAP.
