    One of the order no.[protected] for which payment made by via credit card but during delivery that courier person from Red Express taken cash Rs 1500/- also from my wife that time I couldn’t received her call due to that time I was in official training after that I lodge a complaint to Home Shop 18 customer care complaint no.[protected] on 04/07/14 against this order but every time executive are making me fool on phone they told you will get money back within two or three days and by mail Home Shop 18 customer care not responding .
    Order no.[protected] against this complaint no.[protected] closed by customer care without given me any positive suggestion, I surprised when I hear that my complaint was closed than again they make new complaint no.[protected] on 08/07/2014.Please refund my money.

    detail and IFC Code of bank, but after that calls coming with investigation is progress

    My order number is 84033891. I have received my refund check for Rs. 3490. But I have not received the check for my courier delivery charges of Rs 720, I had called on 6/8/14 before making this courier and you have assured me that you will pay me back entire 720 Rs for my courier charges. Please let me know when you will give it back.

    This is a request for a refund of my amount which i paid to purchase xolo win q1000 from your online shopping store.
    The main reason is that i am very disappointed with your service, first time i got a soap (expert bar) instead of mobile and the second time your store sent me a phone which is defected. Now, the volume keys are not working and next time your store sent me a phone which is defected. Now, the mobile volume very slow and not clear that piece of mobile with order no.[protected] and suborder no.[protected].


    So please refund my money to my account.

            This was my worst and last shopping experience with homeshop18.The shoe pair didnt fit my size and the design which I assumed was contrast, so i immediately after receiving the product returned the parcel in very same packing to your logistics partner and same was informed to ur team verbally about the return of the product.Even I have forwarded the contact number and address to ur executive for further assistance.It was the fault at ur end where there was miscommunication.I even told ur executive I have refunded the product within two hours of recevance please see that it is received at ur end and the end user that is I was suffered.
            I dont need any money refund or any exchange of product but even though i was right on my part, i wrote two tickets about the return of the product, i mailed twice and i called for several times but there was no response made from ur side.On the contrary today when i called I was argued for follish things which i have already followed and ur customer care executive NARENDRA (NSR) whose was speaking in extereme mean language which was untolerable and hence I have came to the decession that I dont need any refund of the money for my order or any product in exchange of the previous one.With this i conclude my relationship with Homeshop18 where prepaid customers are harressed for no reasons.
            From this shopping experience i got to learn never pay before delivary.
            JABONG.COM have excellent customer care services and I enjoy superb shopping experience with them.I rate 2 out of 10 to homeshop18 in competion to JABONG.COM.

            Forwarding the courier receipt through which I have sended the parcel back.but my hands off for the customer care service of homeshop18.even on my verbal calls, several tickets and several mails my parcel was lying at the courier office because no executive from Homeshop18 ordered him(Courier partner) to ship it back.Today when i went personally i was shocked for what purpose i sended back the shoes in stipulated time and only due to the miscommunication between homeshop18 customer care and courier partner my parcel was lying at the courier office.Today i have paid the return fare charges and sended the parcel back.Receipt of the same is scanned and mailed at your end.

              Multi purpose wooden IT table was recd by me on 18th afternoon. The piece is defected as one screw does not work and as such not able to adjust the legs' height as required. I informed HS18 customer care on the 19th June. I was ensured for the replacement of the piece. As per their instructions I packed the item together with a letter mentioning the fault. Since 21st June I have been calling up the customer care executives, have spoken to many seniors (team leaders) of the executives requested, pleaded but all fell on deaf ears. On the 4th July I decided to return the product and take my money Rs.1499 back, which I was promised by HS18 on phone (I hope the conversation is being recorded at your end). Every time I have been promised that I shall get back a call from the team leader as they are never available to speak when I call As of today now 11.30 a.m. of 11th July the faulty product has not been picked up from my house. The manner adopted by HS18 with a consumer is highly objectionable, it has caused me immense harassment and plenty of telephone calls. I hereby claim for the damages caused by HS18 by way of increasing my blood pressure due to harassment, many important meetings and issues I had to ignore waiting for the pick up of this faulty table, as such causing waste of my precious time.

              If telephone calls are being recorded at your end you will find out that I have called up several times informing them that the house is never locked because I have live in domestic helps and most of the day I am at home being a retired senior citizen. But it seems you do not wish to resolve this issue.

              My complaint was lodged on the 11th July and today is 23rd July with no luck.

                Hello, I am a very unhappy customer of HS18. I have had a bad experience twice in 10 days. I placed an order for Hiba saree (order #[protected] which came with lot of stains on it and the free bees were missing. When I called back to the customer care they said, some one will be there to collect it from me and after that a fresh piece will be delivered. I, like a fool ordered for one more set of sarees by Aanya oder #[protected] before my 1st issue was resolved and guess what...this time 2 sarees were completely different from what they showed on the TV. Your guys are very quick in delivering the things but when it comes to replace it, they are not in the picture. My 1st issue is pending from the last 5 days and now I am with the 2nd one. HS18 is only interested in new sales and not in after sale. I will keep a copy of this email and I will not hesitate to take it to the next level if my issue is not sorted out by this week end.                 I knew you would say something like this... I went on saying "Hello Hello" and there was no answer from your side. You guys are very big liars. I called that number back thrice and every time it got disconnected after 5 seconds. [protected] Isn't it your number? Reverse pick up and the fresh new pieces have to be delivered by the 16th of July as I will be travelling after that. If it gets delayed beyond the 16th then I will not be responsible for the further legal action taken. Both the issues should be resolved order #[protected] &amp;[protected].

                This is totally disgusting. I cant take this for any longer. I was suppose to get the replacement saree (Hiba) by last tuesday where as the courier guy is calling me today and stating that the courier will be delivered if I paid Rs 1499. Why the hell I should pay again? This is a the replacement saree right? HS 18 sucks...no one is professional there. They do not know what they are doing...

                      This is my 1st & last experience with home shop 18.It seemed that it was an organised company untill my horryfing experience. The customer care teams, the supervisor, the call center people all have different views to my problem .As per their mail, they themselves are unaware of what they sold vide my order no:[protected]. The Karbonn A27+ had been defective, which was reported to HS18, but they simply kept assuring me for refund of money. The group is unaware regards the management of the complaint.mY COMPLAINT has so far been neglected. i suggest people not to buy from this group since the company has harassed me like anything. My problems are as follows : 1. Battrey charging takes time, ie more than 2 hours to charge. 2. Requirement for charging occurs frequently since the power loss is very rapid. 3. While taking a call for more than 3 minutes, it gets TOO ABNORMALLY HOT. It causes uneasiness in talking and the very purpose of a cell is defeted. Iam unable to use the phone and even seems risky. Need your immediate reply on the safety point.Also would I have to use the cell by keeping it away from my ear. 4. While talking the phone disconnects inspite of full connectivity .Neither of the 2 can hear each others voice.After 2-3 trials the call succeeds. 5. At times you hear very minute sound while talking, which seems to come from loose terminals as happens when electric wire is loose (exact explaination not possible) 6. Why have I not been provided a bill describing the IMEI No, Battrey No and other relevant data. 7. Why is a battery of June 2013 been fitted in the cell? It hardly matters in case I do not face any problem. 8. Last but not the least kindly confirm th e reason for variation on the numbers mentioned on the battery and those printed on the cell.Should they not be same on a new mobile ??? The numbers are : S/N : VSUA27P[protected] (printed on the cell ) S/N:VSUA27P[protected] (printed on the battery) It even seems fishy on the part of home shop 18 which has not provided a bill depicting all relevant details of a mobile.                         I ordered a ten pc apple cookware set from homeshop 18 website. It was delivered in two days dated 29 june 2014, but due to fault in the product, we complained on the customer care ( complaint no[protected] against order no[protected]. They said it will be relpleced in 48 hours, as there was no reply from home shop 18 side we again complained on 1st july (Complaint no[protected] against order no[protected]. There has been a long delay in home shop 18, we have been complaning after every 48 hours but home shop 18 agent always say it will be done in 48 hours. We did not expect such a bad service from home shop 18. Please see to our complaint as soon as possible.

                        There has been 5 days since homeshop18 replied on our complaint. But there has been no action since then. The company is paying no heed to our complaints. The company is such a fraud. If there is no action taken, we will file a case in the consumer court against them.

                              Already many time - email, reminder - I, II, III - FINAL AND phone from aprox one month but no any response and every time wrong commitment and made the fool . No any response.
                               
                              I am very frustrated from Ist day received mobile through courier. At the same time, complaint to customer care regarding mobile return. Ist day to till date, many time discussion ( aprox. 20 time ) your customer care but no satisfication reply, every time reply me that mobile return us from any courier and no pick up service from our end. At the time of booking of mobile, tell me that if you want to return then pick-up from our end .Then 7-8 round to courier - blue dart, over night, Dtdc etc. but no services of courier . Then call to your customer care then reply me that send from post office - speed post . Then 2-3 time visit to post office but reply from post office that no any responsibility and tell me that before the speed-post, covered with seal and insured the parcel and at the time of moving than there is no sound when zig zag and any moving the parcel.
                              As per your customer care and courier that no services then after commitment from your customer care regarding pickup from your delhi office address but no person visit in my office for pick up then call you that reply me - no pick services . Every time, different reply me from your customer care - two person commitment of pick up and two person reply that no pick up service. Already discussion with Ms. Ekta ji but no any satisfication reply . I am very frustrated last 15-20 days, why are you false commitment and why are made the fool of clients at the time of order . I am not satisfy of HOMESHOP18,

                                      Dear homeshop18,
                                      I am writing again to inform you about the harassment that I am caused by homeshop18. Please go through below incidences to fully understand the issue.
                                      • I placed an order for Homme Men's Black Leather Formal Shoes-PSKH1065-IND-9, on 18th June 2014 (order number[protected]; suborder[protected]. The order was placed under “COD” option. However, the order was not delivered to me even after 3 days (as committed by homeshop18 when placing the order). The status of the order, as reflected on the homeshop18 website had been shown as “Verified”. When I called the homeshop18 customer care center, I was confirmed by the executive that the order has already been verified by the vendor (explained to me that the vendor has confirmed to me that the order is available in good condition) and that I should receive the ordered item within next 1-2 days. However, even after my repeated telephonic requests made to homeshop18 customer care center, I was not delivered the item. After approximately 15 days of placing the order, the homeshop18 customer care executive called me to inform me that the order has been cancelled from the vendor side due to unavailability. When I asked that I was already confirmed that the order has been verified by the vendor for its availability, I was not given any suitable explanation and was turned down. I was even asked to book the order again without addressing my grievance. When I requested the executive to blacklist the vendor, I was turned down by saying that there is no such policy with homeshop18.
                                      • Even after a bitter experience as narrated above, I placed another order for same shoe (Homme Men's Black Leather Formal Shoes-PSKH1065-IND-9) on 2nd July 2014, order number[protected]; suborder number 81827265. This order was also placed under “COD” option. However, today, it has been 5th day and I am still awaiting for the order to be delivered. Similar to the abovementioned issue, this new order has also been reflected as VERIFIED and committed to be delivered within 3 days. When I called homeshop18 customer care center on 6th July 2014, I was shocked to learn that my order has been cancelled again. The executive was blunt, and I was informed that the vendor has cancelled it due to stock unavailability. When I asked the executive for a reason for the cancellation after verification of the order, the executive bluntly asked me to book it again.
                                      • I called homeshop18 customer care center again on 6th July 2014 and spoke with the floor manager, Mr Ravi Kumar, who told me another story. As per Mr Ravi, the recent order[protected] has been verified by the vendor and shall be delivered soon. I was confirmed by Mr Ravi that homeshop18 team has miscommunicated with me and that the order shall be delivered to me with 100% surety.

                                      I request homeshop18 to answer me following questions which are based on my bitter experience with homeshop18 as explained above.
                                      1. Why was my order cancelled after verification by the vendor?
                                      2. How can homeshop18 inform us of stock unavailability, when the order was placed well-in-line with the availability of the stock (updated live on the homeshop18 website) and the same was confirmed by the vendor as “VERIFIED”?
                                      3. Upon asking the homeshop18 customer care, why was vendor not blacklisted due to not delivering after “Verification status”?
                                      4. Why did homeshop18 not logged a complaint against the vendor on my behalf (I was on the other hand refused to lodge any complaint)?
                                      5. Why the homeshop18 executive lied to me on 6th July 2014 which was accepted by Mr Ravi Kumar, and I was requested for forgiveness?
                                      6. When will I receive the said order (Homme Men's Black Leather Formal Shoes-PSKH1065-IND-9; order number[protected]; suborder number[protected]?

                                      By copying Hommeshoe, I request them to kindly coordinate with the homeshop18 so that my order is delivered ASAP.

                                      Kindly reply on urgent basis as any delay in the delivery of the item is harassing me. In addition the unprofessional conduct by the homeshop18 should not be repeated again.
