Hi, i ordered a micromax mobile phone model micromax E390 CDMA black order no[protected] which i recieved on 17 th june.but as cdma is not supporting here i called custmer care up for repace with gsm phone.from 17 june to till date day always gve me answer in next 24 hours or 48 hours..but the strange is that on 9 july when i again called them they told me that we refused to return the thing which is not true as nobody came to us from homeshop18...

This is my 1st & last experience with home shop 18.It seemed that it was an organised company untill my horryfing experience.
