I ordered a Nova Roti Maker N124-CCC Single Light, order no.[protected], but I have received a defective one, so I went for return and refund . Send this product on 27/05/2014, 12.20 . Amount paid- ₹ 1062 +courier charges (India post)- ₹ 100 Total- ₹ 1162 But I haven't got any refund yet (14/06/2014). Called the Customer Care enormous time with no satisfactory solution .
