Hi sir/maim, This is satish kumar mehra Sub request a refund amount. Respected sir i would like to inform that i made a order last month 25 sep 2018 of 5 double bed sheet through my sbi debit card ([protected]). After that they was saying your product will ship to you till 4 to 5 days but not received product or information. I made a complaint against this service on home shop 18 customer care, then they were saying your order cancelled and payment will refund by courier company and your payment would be return in 2 or 3 days or 72 hours. I made more time call but i could not find no any type of answer, solution about my product or payment. Today is 16 oct 2018, till now i can not received any type rs. 1399 from home shop 18.
