[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Never ending 48 hr deadline to at least contact | |||
Order #[protected] Micromax unite 2 mobile. Send a defective one. First time replied on complaint and asked to return the mobile through speedpost. I did exactly the same. As per indiapost they have received mobile on 09/06/14. Tried to establish communication so many times through email, telephone. Its embarracing to tell you whole history of complaint to the customer executive when you make a call, either they can't see any of emails, complaint tickets, or they are simply . What he/she gives you is just a 48 hrs never ending deadline for another person to contact me, but that another person never contacts me. Each time got a 48 hrs deadline. Now I have nothing in my hand. Mobile is also gone. Money is also with them. They don’t replied any of my emails. Was this information helpful? | |||
