[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refund of non delivered goods | |||||
Dear sir, It is to be brought in your kind notice that, we have placed a order no, [protected] dt-10.2.2017 we received the goods and found that the quality of the product is not as we thought. Hence we returned the product to homshop18. We are waiting for our money to be returned by the homeshop18., today i came to know that that amount is forfeited as we have not placed any order equivalent to that amount in 90 days since the return of goods. Which is absolute wrong way of doing business online and its against the business ethics. You tell me how you can keep a money received from customer without delivering the product? We used to place orders to other number of site (Like amazon, filpkart etc.) doing business online, but this our first bad experience with homeshop18. Was this information helpful? | |||||
