Sir, This is to acknowledge you that your team could not deliver replacement of Order no.[protected] in due time.Your executives told me on my mobile that they can't deliver it now.While defective HIBA anarkali pink suit was sent back to you on 21st Nov.2014 through Docket no. [protected] of Aramex. Further I booked 2 Signature blankets, but your executive told me not to adjust amount which stands still on your side. If you don't want to adjust standing amount, then please send my amount (.Rs.1799.00) back. Hereafter I will not shop any more from HS-18.
