Homeshop18 — Soiled and damaged cosmetic goods received on delivery | |||
Sir, I, Arunima Roy, a customer suffering from delivery of fraudulent cosmetic items shopped online from "HOMESHOP 18"...want to complain that I had ordered for a product named "My make up collection by color care" on 24th September, 2014 and received the delivery on 30th September, 2014 by the order no.[protected], but on receiving the delivery from a courier service with Courier Acc.[protected]Aramex)...to my utter dissatisfaction and surprise, I found that the lipstick tips were mostly broken and the lipsticks had soiled all other equipments of the box.The kajal stick was also broken and even after promising to provide 6 different shades of lipsticks, 2 shades of lipsticks were double in number, thereby, they provided only 4 different shades of lipsticks instead of 6 different shades. Even the hand bag was also damaged as its chain was cut and the knob of the chain was also broken. All in all the total product received by me is completely damaged. I have also complained directly to their company, but they are ignoring the complaint and requesting to call on the day after and delaying actions against my complaint. I would hereby wish to seek help from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum as my last resort and I do claim my complete money back which is an amount of Rs.999. The forum's earliest action in looking into my request is earnestly solicited. I am hereby providing my phone no.-[protected] and my e-mail id- roy.[protected]@gmail.com.
