[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong Product Delivered, Disappointed by the service. | |||
I had ordered Micromax canvas juice A77 on 11th Jan through hs18 (order no[protected] and was guaranteed that i would receive the product by 14th Jan. But I received the same on 16th Jan, and made the cash payment as agreed. Only after I opened the package did I realize that I was sent the WRONG PRODUCT, I immediately contacted their customer care number and registered a complaint. They told that they would send someone to pick up the package within 2-3 days. I called them again on 20th and they told me to courier the product with my own expenses for their mistake, and they made me wait for 3 days to inform the same and on top of that I was previously told that I would receive the ordered product within 5 days, now they have changed it to 7 days. And top of all this I didn't even receive a single update about the complaint.
