[Resolved] HomeTown — Charged more then value of item in Invoice | |||
I have purchased certain furniture item on 7th Dec from store. During the time of billing we realised that value of one of the items are less then what is been reflected in display. Tough the billing person give me revised price in invoice but it was changed later by manager to higher price which was not reflected by system. Hence a new item code (dummy / floating) was created to manually (in system) put the value which was on display. I believe i should be only charged based on value which is coming on the system and not based on what an individual is insisting since I am sure these prices in system are universal prices for all stores country wide.
