Hi,
We have purchased a Dining Table Set from Home Town on 15.05.2014. Description[protected] Bliss Marble Top 6 Seater Dining Table). This is to let you know that we were handed over a defective piece from the time it was installed and within 6 months we had to compliant and one of your carpenters came and fixed the chairs. We requested to replace it understanding it was a defective piece but they denied the same and did a stop gap solution. Last week we had a major accident in my family due to the reason as my father fall down from the chair as it came out from the joints causing a major damage in his spine. Now this happened because of the carelessness of your employees and not giving any attention to your customers. We have again called up your customer care yesterdays to replace the chairs but they agin said they will send a carpenters to fix it, again which would be a stop gap solution so we get over with the warranty period. This is really frustrating hence this is an official intimation before we proceed legal on this and and further ask for an compensation for the accident which was caused because of the lack of thoughtfulness from your employees . Added to this when we have logged a complaint yesterday adn we asked for a reference number we was not provided with the same.
