[Resolved]  HomeTown — Delayed and incomplete deliveries

Reference my order no [protected] dt. 4th August2015 for 8 pieces of furniture. The order was placed at Home Centre, Great India Place, Noida I was assured after checking from the stocks that the delivery in full will be made by 13th Aug'15 . On checking on telephone on 11th, I was informed that all the items are not available and will be delivered after 2-3 days. I requested that all these items must be delivered together on one day. On 13th morning I was then informed that the delivery has been rescheduled and all these items will be now delivered in full on 18th Aug'15 positively. On 16th evening Mr Elvis from the customer care confirmed after rechecking from his delivery team that all the items will positively be delivered on 18th Aug'15( I was put on hold for 20 min when I called tel no [protected]). Today on 17th Aug'15, just after one day I have been informed that there are three items in my order still not available and will be delivered as and when available. I have paid the full amount on 3rd Aug'15 at the time of placing and confirming the order on the premise that all the items are available in stock and will be delivered in full on 13th Aug'15.
