My order ID is [protected]. I have booked Dining table & Sofa sets from hometown kanjurmarg Mumbai on 22nd feb 2015. It was scheduled to be delivered on 28/03/2015 at Surat. I had house warming ceremony on the 28th march which was disturbed due the nondelivery & we had to be in a occured position. We have been calling on the helpline number [protected] several times, every time somebody would promise us regarding the delivery & promise a call within 2 hours, but no call was received. There was utter confusion regarding the delivery address. The Store manager Mr. Sarfaraz Khan at kanjurmarg doesnot pick up the phone. Till date the goods have not been delivered & today i have been promised of the final date for Saturday 4th March 2015. The service is worst.
