I had ordered a 2+1+1 Sofa set and a Luna Center table at home town vikhroli. I got a 20% coupon with which I ordered a study table and a pick up stool. Agreed Delivery dates were 12th Dec for the Sofa Set and Center Table and 13th Dec for installation. For the rest it was 26th Dec delivery and 27th Dec installation. I am alone with my daughter and hence I asked for a delivery time after 5 which was agreed upon since I work on Saturdays. Inspite of multiple people calling me about the same subject the delivery happened on 12th Dec at 2.30 pm.Luckily my daughter was home and the boxes were unloaded. The Tax Invoice was for a lower amount than my advance receipt. I called them and found out that they had delivered one 1 seater less. I was told this had a different order no and hence would be delivered Tuesday, i.e today. After heated arguments one Nandkishore called me and we agreed that the delivery would be at 6 pm on Tuesday, ie today. Now I get a call from someone telling me that my 1 seater is on the way. I cant understand as to how a company can be so disorganized that there is no inter departmental communication that too after repeating the same woes to multiple people at their call center. Yet to see the product quality. Now the Center table will be delivered with the study table and pick up stool on 26th, at least that's what I have been told. MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE FROM HOME TOWN! Was this information helpful? | |||
